Nobody likes getting traffic tickets and, to be honest, we really don’t like giving them out. But research has shown that traffic enforcement is the most effective way to reduce the number of accidents, reduce injuries and save lives on the roadway. We have a very effective traffic enforcement program that results in thousands of traffic tickets issued to violators annually.
In order to better educate the motoring public the Moraine Police Division Traffic School Program was founded in 1995. The program allows violators who have received a traffic ticket but are otherwise good drivers to attend the online class. Successful graduates have the traffic ticket dismissed, no fine to pay, no points on your driver’s license and no raise in insurance premiums.
If you have received a traffic citation in the City of Moraine, contact the Clerk of Courts at 535-1010 to see if you are eligible to attend the Traffic School Program.
